EUR/USD trading plan ahead of market opening

Despite neutral PCE and better advanbce GDP from the US yesterday, EUR/USD rallied up. As the USD index is correcting it overbought level, EUR/USD is gonna make at least a harmonic retracement up to 1447.

USD trading plan after PCE

Closing of the next M30 below its current low 1.34124, will take it at least to mid of channel. Opening sell trades or keeping sell trades if the next M30 closes above 1.34185, current candle’s high, is a risky idea.

USD/JPY didn’t move much because the market already had forecasted 25 basis point hike, there was no surprise. Upward break of the triangle may lead the pair to the nearest resistance 160.60 (triangle’s high) - 160.70 (swing high of April 30) area. Downward break will push it to 159.50 area, pretty close to swing low made on June 11.

USD/JPY trading plan ahead of US PCE: U/J went below 159.40 as Japan Fin Min stated BOLD action, however, it may bounce bank to 160-160.40 if PCE comes more than forecast or neutral. Alternatively, it may fall today to 158.25-50 in case of negative PCE.
